WHOLESALE ELIGIBILITY
Wholesale purchasing is available to approved boutiques, retailers, and other qualified business buyers. The Pearl Ladie may request a valid seller’s permit, resale certificate, or other business documentation to verify wholesale eligibility.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by collection or product and will be stated on the applicable wholesale or preorder offer. Y2K Cyber Mode preorder minimums are subject to the terms stated on the preorder form.
PRICING
All wholesale prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Suggested retail prices are recommendations only. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, and other charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
PREORDERS & PAYMENT
Preorders require full payment to confirm the order unless otherwise stated in writing. Production begins after the applicable preorder period closes and the required minimum order quantity is met.
PREORDER MINIMUM & REFUNDS
If the stated minimum quantity for a preorder is not reached, prepaid orders for that preorder will be refunded. Once the minimum has been reached and production has begun, orders generally cannot be canceled or changed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated. Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside The Pearl Ladie’s reasonable control.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
Wholesale merchandise is generally final sale except for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise. The preorder requires a minimum of 25 total pieces. If the required minimum is not reached, prepaid orders will be refunded. Buyers should inspect merchandise promptly after delivery and contact The Pearl Ladie with supporting photographs and order information regarding any claim.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Minor variations in color, print placement, fabric, sizing, or appearance may occur due to processes and differences in computer or mobile displays.
RESALE
Wholesale merchandise is purchased for legitimate business resale. Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable resale, tax, licensing, and other legal requirements for their business.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submission of a wholesale inquiry or preorder does not by itself guarantee acceptance. The Pearl Ladie reserves the right to accept or decline wholesale orders, subject to applicable law.

Our Story
We began our journey in Long Beach, California 2019. This is when COVID began and we were doing well. We were selling African exported clothing online. The sales were good, and we were expanding to selling to organizations nationwide. COVID shut us down for 5 years.
Here we are again selling online and from a small shop in Long Beach, California on the historic Pine Avenue. We want to offer the top stylish African wear for women. Plus, we are expanding to Y2K tech casual wear for men and women.
